Lost Backup and Restore Buttons

I have the Latest On1 full paid version. And for some reason the Backup and Restore Buttons in the lower left bottom corner keep missing. The only way to get them back is re-install On1. Anyone else reported this?

  I'm not sure what Backup & Restore buttons you're talking about. As far as I know the program only has the Backup and Restore commands under the File Menu. That is all that is mentioned in the User Guide as well. It does not mention any buttons for that.
