So, I put in a request for the ON1 2022.5 crashing. The tech team said that that are aware and there is nothing they can do. They asked if I wanted a refund. What??? How about go to your Software folks and ask why we are getting users that ae having issues? On1 does not seem to be confident, nor do they want to compete for business. How does a company survive with an attitude like this? Does the CEO of the company support this type of response? No effort in resolving the issue. Oh, sorry, we give up???

Unfortunately, there is not another solution to this issue regarding continuous crashing.
