Retouch adjustments lost when using snapshot

I had completed an edit and had used retouch tool in that edit. I wanted to make some adjustment to the edit and saved a snapshot. When I completed my new edits, I made a new snapshot to compare against my old edits. When I clicked on my older snapshot, all my retouch edits were gone, but everything in my develop and effects items where still there. The only thing missing was retouch. Any suggestions?

  You could try Deleting the settings file and see if it works then but that's a long shot. If the problem continues, especially if it's reproduceable, report it to On1 tech support.

  I'm not able to duplicate this. I made edits with the Retouch Tool, saved a Snapshot, made more edits with other tools, saved another Snapshot, then made some more edits. All my snapshots, including the Auto Saved Snapshots from previous work on this photo returned the photo to that state.
