Can This Effect be Done with ON1?

Someone posted this online but has no idea how they did it. I used to have a setting on my Nikon D5100 like this. Can this be done with ON1?

  Yes, she had no idea. She said she got lucky. LOL

  Funny you should say poster, I found a Photoshop filter called Poster Edges that does this cartoon effect. I was just wondering if ON1 had anything like this I could use too?

  Not directly. You'd have to figure out some combination of Effects to replicate it then you can save them as a Preset for future use.

  It might be worth taking a look at the Color Grade presets. Also try the HDR Look filter, starting with the Surreal preset.

  What program was the original image edited in?

  Hello, the user indicated they used the free version of Photoshop. I'm not sure what that is, but they thought Photoshop Express? They did not even know they did anything to this. They were very nontech savvy.

  The Poster Edges filter seems to be what the full version has for this but am not sure.
