Thin white border showing up on right side of photo after export
Has anyone else seen this and have a solution for fixing it? On some of my exports I am seeing a thin white border being added to the right side of the image. Not sure what is causing it, and it only happens on some photos. It is maybe 1 or 2 pixels and runs the entire length of the right side of the exported photo. Thanks!

What is different in the processing between the photos where the line shows up and those where it does not?

Hi Brian, Thanks for your reply. I have not yet noticed any pattern in my processing that might be causing this. Also, it doesn't happen every time that I export a photo. It appears to be intermittent. I can export the same photo, and sometimes the line will be there and other times it will not. This has been going on for a while now for me through several updates with ON1 Photo Raw, so it is not a new problem with the latest version.

Does the line remain when you view the image at 100% size? It could be an artifact of displaying it in the Browser. Do you see it if you view the exported file in the Finder's Quickview?

I am seeing the white line when I view the exported file using the Preview app. It shows whether I view it at "Zoom to Fit" or at 100% / "Actual size". It seems to be a part of the exported image rather than some artifact. Also, when I upload the file to my Facebook page I see the white line there as well.

This is something you'll have to talk with support about then. Include a copy of the exported file along with a download link to the original RAW file and its .on1 sidecar file so they can see what editing was performed.
Was the image cropped? What happens if you change the crop by a couple of pixels? Was the crop done first or last in the processing? If it was done first then any masking was done to just the cropped portion there could be let's call it bleed over from the uncropped area that causes it. I'm just guessing.

In this instance the image was not cropped. And when I have seen this before with other images I have tried to change the crop by a few pixels, but that did not always help. With the problem being intermittent it is difficult to say what helps and what doesn't since sometimes just redoing the export gets rid of the line.
Thanks for your help. I'll get this submitted to Tech Support later today.
