Exporting as a TIFF for Camera Colour ICC profile help

Hi, if anyone out there makes ICC camera colour profiles using the X-Rite colourchecker could you please put up a screen shot of the settings you use in 2022 to export the TIFF file, I am doing something wrong I think as every time I load the exported image into X-Rites camera calibration I am getting an error message.

  Hmm…, I can't even get it to open a tiff to test with. The Colorchecker Camera Calibration program crashes immediately. 🙁

  Your settings look correct to me. You might try turning off the Resize option.

  OK, I got it to work by turning off the compression in the Quality drop-down menu. Here are the settings I used.
