Cannot sign in with Safari

No idea why I was signed out anyway. When I click on the sign in button at top right nothing happens. Is anyone else experiencing this on a Mac?
I downloaded Firefox, and sign-in works fine!

This site does sign you out from time to time.
Don't know why Safari wouldn't work but you'd have to ask On1 about it. All we could say is to try another browser which you've already done.

Try clearing Safari’s cookies.

Clearing cookies didn't achieve anything.
Luminar's website follows the same design and I can log in and out on Safari without issue. This is very new. Brian, do you use Safari and have the issue? (No point in reporting to Support if you don't!)

I do use Safari and I get locked out almost on a daily basis but I never have trouble logging back in. Have you tried restarting your computer? If that doesn’t help don’t contact support talk to customer service through the same link.

Restarting the computer didn't help, but I was able to sign in when using a VPN. I then signed out and was able to sign in without the VPN! It must have been some temporary glitch!
