Export preset failed.

Hi guys,

I started to migrate my workflow from 2020 to 2022 but i encounter this:

1. Exporting a certain preset group fails. it also contains LUT's, image overlays etc. But what could causing this? It's a drag to delete each preset in that list and try over again....

2. How can I export borders, LUT's and Textures? ( separate sections of the extras)

    If 2020 was still installed when you added 2022, all of that would be carried over to the new program automatically.

    What is the failure that you're seeing? Error code? Something else?

    I don't know why you're deleting presets, but to save time you can create a new folder for them and put all of the ones you want to delete in the folder. If the problem persists, at least they will already be organised.

    If you have Luts etc that you installed yourself, the easiest way now is to just reinstall them. Optionally, you can probably copy them from their On1 folder, but I'm not sure where that is on a Mac.

    In windows they are at...

    C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\ON1\Extras 2022

    should be something similar on Mac.

    On the Mac they are at ~/Library/Application Support/ON1/Extras 2022.

    Assuming that you have not added any extras on 2022 then just copy whole ~/Library/Application Support/ON1/Extras 2020 folder to ~/Library/Application Support/ON1/Extras 2022 folder. That will take all your LUTs, Textures etc in one go.

    I think it would also solve your problems with presets that contain LUTS as everything copied across in one go. I suspect your errors come from Presets referring to files that are missing if you haven't copied everything together.

    I cheated on a clean install of PhotoRAW when I changed my computer last year by restoring the Extras folder from a backup after the clean install, saved a lot of work whilst leaving everything else as clean install.

    Good morning fellas,

    thank you kindly for the input.

    Rick: from all the presets there are two, three groups that refuse to be exported. So it must be "something" in those groups, possibly just one preset. To find the guilty one i must delete them one by one and try to export.... not really what I m hoping for ;-)

    Regarding the failed export:  95% of the preset groups is exported successfully. Just 2-3 groups failed with no error message. 

    I try to narrow it down.  thank you ..
