On1 2022 and 2021 refuse to open on the computer

Hi, my ON 1 2022 crashed (not the first time) and will not open on my PC. Furthermore, version 2021 will not open either. But both work fine on a laptop...

It looks as if PC has been cursed.  Other graphic software work fine on it though.

I restarded PC several times and made a new software installation of ON1 2022, to no avail.

I will be grateful for any advice.
