Cost of upgrading from older versions?

Does it cost the same to upgrade Photo Raw regardless of what version you're upgrading from?

In the UK to upgrade from 2022->2023 it costs around £87, would it be the same if I was upgrading from 2021 or 2020 does anyone know?

  It does not matter which version you are currently running. The Upgrade cost is the same for everyone.
