TIF File support
It appears that tif files with a mask on the top (image not adj) layer are not read properly and can't be processed.
Only the visible portion of the layer is processed. This still occurs if the file is flattened in PS before opening in Resize 2022.

Complete TIF support (all features) is a requirement.

You do know that you are not talking to the company here, right? This is meant for user to user help. ON1 rarely gets involved on these forums.
Have either of you submitted a report to Tech Support including copies of the problematic TIFF files? If not it is no wonder there hasn't been any response, they don't know!

Oops, sorry, I did not know that...
My apologies.
I was just surprised to see it 3 mo later, I had lost track of the issue.
I did talk to ON1 support at the time.
Thanks

I would follow up with them. You can go to your account name in the upper right corner and pull down the menu to get to a My Activities command which will show you all your Support Requests. Find your original report and send a follow up with the Tiff file and screenshots showing the problem. The more information you can provide them with to help see and reproduce the issue the more likely you are to receive a response as well as a quicker fix for the program.
