Has it ever worked for you? If so, try the Delete Settings and possibly the Reset ON1 Photo RAW 2022 commands. Delete Settings File

What kind of video card do you have in your system? How much VRAM does it have?

Thanks Brian. It did work when I had the standalone version of NoNoise, but ever since it was incorporated in the ON1 Raw standard version it has not worked for me

Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

    Thanks!

Was the stand alone version the NoNoise AI version? Does it still work?

Your video card should be strong enough. Let me know what happens after using Delete Settings.

The stand alone version no longer works and I removed it. I will use Delete Settings later today and see what happens. Thanks a lot already for your help.

I'm having the same issue that started yesterday when ON1 on it's own just started cataloging folders???
I did a clean re-install a couple of times, updated video drivers etc etc etc. The program now crashes every time I try to use denoiseAI and often just from sitting idle. I sent a support ticket in this morning with a log file.

I haven't had hardly any issues with ON1 since the 2020 version and I'm quite surprised that now I'm having all these issues and can't hardly use the program at all without it constantly crashing.

Hopefully support can see the problem in the log file....

The program cannot create catalogs all by itself, something else is going on. I suggest you use the Reset ON1 Photo RAW feature.

I'll try that Brian, I'm open to trying anything at this point.
I was working in ON1 and backing up a external hard drive when everything went south yesterday. I went to catalog one folder and ON1 seemed to start cataloging the folder on the external hard drive I was backing up, may have been an error on my part but it basically threw ON1 into a frenzy and I having been able to get it running right since.

The crashes now are less frequent but after a few clean installs it still occasionally crashes and now always crashes once I am in edit and hit the denoiseAI button. I'm able to do most edits, filters etc and export. Strange to say the least.....

WOW! That worked Brian, I did the reset and just now edited a pic and clicked the DenoiseAI and it denoised without crashing!
Thanks!  I'll piddle around with it more to see if it'll crash using other things.

    Hi Brian,

sorry, it has been a hectic time and I did not come back to you on the 'Delete Settings' from 3 months ago. I have purchased the upgrade to ON1 2023 today and I tried the NoNoise again, with the same result: the program shows the picture and a split second later just closes. I tried the 'Delete Settings' as you described earlier, but it still does not work

Rudy, I don't see anywhere in this thread that you've checked the GPU drivers and setup. Try going through this article.
