Not sure I understand the question. Can you post a screenshot of whatever you're trying to do?

Sorry, but you're not explaining what you're trying to do.

    From your original post...

    • are you trying to crop
    • are you trying to resize
    • are you trying to transform
    • what does 'angle' mean and where did you see it?

My guess is that he wants to paste in a different image onto the TV screen in this photo. He can presumably do it with layers and a line mask

Yes how would I do that? In PS I hit transform and hold command and can make each corner match the tv. all I could get ON1 to do was change the size of the picture I want to put on the TV

You'll have to use both the Transform Tool to size the new screen image and place it in position. After that you can use the Develop settings' Transform panel's Keystone option to resize the individual sides to match the TV's distorted aspect ration.

The keystone box opens up in the top left corner and I can't seem to move it to the picture I'm trying to match to the tv

You have to move each corner individually. See page 128 in the User Guide.

I tried that and I did not work, The keystone box opens up in the top left corner not around the picture I want to add to tv. And will not let me move Keystone box. I'm coming back to ON1 from lightroom and Photoshop and keep refering to the user Guide.

    Possibly I've misunderstood...

The keystone box is extremely adjustable; drag each corner to the desired location then click on apply which is sometimes difficult to see.

Be sure that you are applying the Keystone Transform to the Layer containing the new image for the TV. That is what will need to be transformed. Screenshots are always helpful.
