2023 Pricing - A bit confused?

Was going to pull the trigger on early upgrade to 2023 for the discount - it says add the plugins for an additional $79.99? Does this mean if I simply upgrade there's no Portrait AI, Resize, Mask AI etc included and need to pay the extra $80 for them?

  All of those are included as part of Photo Raw, but you can't use them to plug into something like Photoshop. If you use Photoshop and need to access On1 from it, then you'd need to buy the plugin package to do that. If you don't need plugins, then just buy Photo Raw and it will have everything included.
