Heads up - PRaw 2023 issue in NoNoise AI with RTX 2070 GPUs.
In case you get black previews when using NoNoise AI.
There is an issue with RTX 2070 cards and Nvidia drivers.
The article says it happens with RTX 2070 Super GPUs, but I have a RTX 2070 MaxQ. So, maybe a few more 2070 variants are affected. A driver update is in the works that might solve the issue.

Thanks for the info.

I also get a black screen with my 2 year old Palit RTX20270(8GB) GPU with the tack Sharp AI as well. Back to PR2022 until a fix is available. Am concerned that its reliant on N VIDIA to solve and if and when a fix will be available.

Yep, unfortunately no ETA for a new driver so far.

I am seeing the same issue with my RTX2060 (not a Super version)

Same issue with Nvidia RTX2060 Super.

Same issue with Nvidia RTX2060 Super.

Same issue with NVIDIA RTX 2060 on my DELL G7 Alienware
Curiously, it works on my DELL XPS laptop with Intel Graphics (no NVIDIA processor) albeit rather slowly.
It also works on my DELL G7 Alienware when I set it to "Power Saving" (Intel Graphics) under System>Display>Graphics (Windows)

Also have a 2060 with the same problem. Mine is an ordinary 2060, not any kind if 'Super' or Ti

Same issue - using RTX 2060 (not Super)

As a work-around, try using INTEL Integrated Graphics. Works on my2Windows laptops.

Another RTX 2060 (not Super) user with the same issue. Disappointed that ON1 would release with such a major bug given how popular the RTX series of cards are. I have now spent money on what is essentially a useless piece of software!

Same issue, regular RTX 2060

I uploaded the ON1 2023 to my laptop which has a graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060,
6 GB GDDR6 ( not Super series ) and the program does not start at all! Reinstalling didn't change anything…
On desktop with with GeForce Super type when I have a photo open in Browse Panel and then I want to open it in Edit Module the ON1 2023 crashes immediately. I reinstalled the program but it still has the same result!

I hate it when my toys are broken right out of the box, I was so looking forward to playing with them.
Same Problem, Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060, no super. Nvidia Studio Drivers 5.7.40 (9/20/22), latest windows 11 Pro version 10.0.220000, all drivers up to date. No issues with this card running previous versions of Studio drivers or ON1, including most recent release prior to 2023.

That did make me laugh Patrick - *exactly* how I've been feeling!

Quite agree. I have been saving up a number of photos that need editing as the new version was going to make it so much easier, and then within 5 minutes of installing the release you discover it doesn't work you might as well go back to 2022 - very frustrating!

Same with a rtx 2080 ti and nvidia driver 25. Going back to driver version 15 solves the issue for me.

Ralf Kerkhoff - What is the exact version you have that works and did you get it from the NVIDIA website?

Thanks - this does in deed fix the issue until NVIDIA release an updated driver.

I can confirm that this issue seems to have been fixed by ON1 in the latest release (2023 (17.0.1.12965) — 24 October 2022) using NVIDIA driver version 522.25

Can also confirm that this also fixed issues. Using Nvidia 522.30

Yes, the latest release of PhotoRAW has the issue fixed.
