    Looks like you've got a mask turned on somewhere. I can't see it in your screenshot. You can try reopening the image or select the original snapshot to clear it.

    How can I stop the image from opening with the mask turned on? Here's another example. All I'm doing is opening the image and  a mask is beingapplied. This one shows the snapshot level. There's nothing else for me to select.

    I am unable to make this happen. If you close On1 and reopen it, whatever is wrong should be reset. If it isn't, then you'll need to contact tech support.

    Another person just reported this same problem, so it doesn't look like just a mask turned on. As mentioned, best bet is to report it to On1 tech support.

    RoGina, if you'd like to post one of your Sony files for me to download I'd be glad to take a look and see if this happens on my system. Upload the image file to a web sharing service like Dropbox or WeTransfer then post the download link here for me.

    I just opened a ticket regarding this issue, it seems that is happening with uncompressed raw files from Sony A7IV. Testing with compressed versions the pink/red cast is not there.

    The response from the ticket that I've opened: 

    "We're investigating the issue and have received a few reports of this... appears to be an issue with uncompressed Sony files.Our dev team has logged a bug and will be working to address this issue.

    We’ve linked your support ticket to our open bug ticket.

    We'll be working to get a fix out ASAP. Thanks for your patience."

    I am experiencing the same problem, using the same camera, so would be interested in hearing about the solution ASAP too.

    I 'm a Sony user (A7IV) and have no more problems with the Red cast since
    Release Note:  Version 2023 (17.0.1.12965) — October 24, 2022
    • Fixed a color issue with some uncompressed Sony raw files.

    Using Windows 10 Pro

    Nvidia RTX 3070 8G , Studio Driver  526.98
