interface not loading

I had an unusual issue. the last time I launched on1 ( as a plugin in PS ) it worked just fine. I just tried to launch it and the entire interface is black and doesn't show panels or image. However I know they are there because hovering mouse over where image would be it shows magnifying glass as though to zoom. hovering mouse over menu at top ( file-edit ect ) you can click and it will show drop down. I got to prefrences and that dialogue does come up and show with white box all color swatches in color and text black. all drop downs are white with black text. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no change. I even tried version 2020 and still same issue.

Can anyone help who may have had this happen or who knows what is going on?

This even happens using as stand alone.

  You should be more specific about what program you're using. Photo Raw doesn't work as a plugin, so I'm assuming it's one of the 5 plugins.

  The 2 most common suggestions for something like this are to reinstall the program and to delete the settings file. As a last resort, you could also reset the program. See the attached article.

  it is the bundle with effects,resize, ect...

  this is what I am seeing in stand alone in browse, its the same in effects launching from PS

  There are others here posting about similar problems. You can scan recent posts and see what they are saying. In any case, you should report this problem to On1 support.

  That screenshot is for Photo RAW 2020 so whatever is happening has to do with your system and not the program. Be sure your video card drivers are up to date and properly configured so ON1 programs can make use of them.

  "OpenGL 3.3 and Later is Required" - How to Update Video Card Driver (Windows Only) - Photo RAW

  At the end it talks about adding the Photo RAW program to the list of programs that can use the card's graphics features. Be sure you add all the different ON1 programs you have.
