Same issue, I submitted a trouble ticket.  Seems to be related to Nvidia Cards

I have the same problem with an NVIDIA RTX 2070 with 8GB RAM. I followed the old instructions from ON1 to update video drivers and use the NVIDIA control panel to set ON1 to use the dedicated GPU. Didn't help. I opened a trouble ticket.

There is a known issue with some Nvidia cards. New drivers are needed from Nvidia. The company is working with Nvidia to get this resolved.

You might want to try to use the integrated Intel UHD Graphics setting as a workaround. Works for me on 2 laptops.

    Thanks Bernd.

Do you mean in the NVIDIA control panel under CUDA -GPUs? I don't have an option to switch to Intel UHD Graphics. In Device Manager, the only display adapter showing is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070. I am guessing my motherboard does not have integrated graphics or it is disabled in UEFI.

    Chris,

In Windows Settings, search Graphics and then Options for ON1 2023. Then select "let Windows decide" or "Power saving"

Next go to the NVIDIA Control Panel and select Program Settings. Set ON1 2023 to Integrated Graphics.

Integrated Intel Graphics works perfectly for me on my 2 laptops: DELL XPS and DELL Alienware although NVIDIA might be faster (when it works).

ON1 updated the post at https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/9778478526477 to say new (Game-ready - not Studio) drivers have been released today 522.25.

Didn't fix the problem with Tack Sharp AI showing the photo totally black. I am using an RTX 2070.

I reported it to ON1 through the Help menu in Photo RAW.

I would be interested in knowing if the NVIDIA driver 522.25 works for anyone

I don't have the same issue ( Tack Sharp giving totally black screen ) but the new Nvidia driver did not help my issue which On1 is indicating is an Nvida driver issue as well.

Just so everyone knows, if you are using a desktop with an add in video card Bernd's procedure would not work. You would need to unplug your video cable from the add in video card and plug directly into the motherboard video output to take advantage of the integrated graphics on your cpu. That's going to be my next test to see if it helps my issue at all.

Pretty strange this issue. The previous 2022 version works fine.

522.25. doesn't work for me either on RTX 2060. Have sent relevant log file and system info to support.

    I'm going back to 512.15.
