    1. Could this be connected to the Nvidia card?

    2. Have you submitted this to support for them to have a look at?

Yes, I've put a support ticket in. I suspect it's NVidia which is the problem. I have NVidia rtx 2060 and 32gb ram on a Legion 5 running Windows 11. It's the latest driver but I don't know how much pressure On1 is able to put on NVidia to provide a fix for the incompatibility. I have a subscription and PR2022 is still functional so all is not lost ... it would just be nice to know a solution will arrive sooner than later as I'm paying for an up to date editor which is unusable 😪

I have the 3060 card and no problems so I would suspect Nvidia will be able to sort this out very quickly - I run it as the studio driver and it is 517.40 version.

I also run the Studio driver so now I'm wondering if it's something to do with my Windows 11 setup? I can't imagine there's sufficient difference between rtx 2060 and and rtx 3060?

I run the studio driver 517.40 version with 2060 and it fails. As a workaround I have changed the settings to use the integrated Intel Graphics driver on my 2 laptops and it works perfectly, albeit probably not at the same speed as NVIDIA.

Just for information. I have been using Studio driver 517.40 and the ON1 team asked me to try the 517.48 version which is the Games ready driver , just tried it but no change . Still blanks out on my RTX 2070.

Have you checked that the GPU card is prioritised by the Nvidia Program setting to PR2023? Also check that the CUDA and Open GL rendering settings specify the video card.

I had been using PR2023 for several days and getting very frustrated with the lags and crashes. Then I realised I had not changed the Nvidia program setting to PR2023.
