I have a GeForce RTX 2070 and it is affected. I updated yesterday to the latest drivers available - 517.40, dated  2022-09-12 - and it didn't fix things. As of 2 minutes ago, 517.40 is still the latest available.

I’ve a 1660 Super and ON1 have just told me it’s affected. I’ve asked them to update their known error post to clarify that it is as I didn’t read their statement as such.

ON1 updated the post at https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/9778478526477 to say new drivers (522.25) are out at NVIDIA. Note they are "game-ready" drivers rather than "Studio" drivers, so they are more bleeding edge.

They didn't help me. I have an RTX 2070. And I still have the problem of black screens using Tack Sharp AI

I installed the 522.25 driver but i have still the black photo issues with no noise ai and unusable mask ai

    rtx 2070 super

I would really like to see a pinned developer post and statement on the forum regarding this issue

David, there is no one from On1 in this group who can provide a statement and I won't pin someone's private email.

If you're a Plus member you can go to the On1 forums where On1 actually participates and get a statement there.

RTX2070 in ON1 2023: Todays new nvidia driver shows exactly the same behavior as the previous version, it did not fix anything. Nonoise paints black, tacksharp too, and superselect makes bad masks.

so we are basically stranded without communication from developers unless we pay more money after buying a product that doesn't work?

is this the direction on1 is heading? Good to know

David, this is how it has always been. ON1 had not changed direction at all.

Another source for information from the developers is to go through tech support. Ask them to ask the developers if they don't already know the answer.

I have RTX 2060, and the latest drivers didn't help.

    MAIN ISSUES:

    1. NoNoise edited photo with 2022 version are not visible (blacked). Fortunately, I still have the 2022 version to try to see my photo again.
    2. the supermask AI has a problem: in preview mode seems to finely detect the edge of a selected figure but when I confirm the returned mask has huge-pixelized and inner area only selected. Completely useless !!
    3. the tacksharp is not working at all --> blacked too.

If not fixed I want my money back. the program is not usable at all (see point one)
