Super Select Not Working
2018 Mac Mini, OS 12.6, 64GB ram, eGPU. Using Super Select I hover over bird in my image, get perfect red overlay. Click once on the bird and get perfect blue overlay. Right click on blue overlay to add filter and wind up with only a tiny portion of bird having filter applied to it. See attached screenshots. What am I doing wrong? Or is it the software? Thank you.

It's not you, it's the software.
Please open a support request with On1 and attach your screenshots to the request.

If you can upload your original image to something like WeTransfer and include a link to this in your problem report then, assuming you are happy with this, On1 have the option to use it to improve the training of AI masking. The issue seems to be how the preview mask gets refined into the final mask, or at least that was the response when I reported a similar issue during beta testing.

Thank you kindly, Rick, for pointing me in the right direction. I just opened a support request with On1 and attached my screenshots to the request along with the other details they asked for. Hopefully they'll soon be able to isolate and fix the problem. Again, thank you.

Thank you, too, David, for your help. I was able to send Support my original image along with the ON1 Photo Raw Log and sidecar files. Hopefully they'll have enough info from these items to figure out what the problem is. Best regards.

I'm having exactly the same issue with the majority of images I try super select on.
I assume in all the demo videos they've been using images from the training set.
I'll submit a support request.0 -
Yup, I hear you, Tony. Here's hoping for a quick fix. Cheers.

I’m having the same issues as Walter. Super Select AI is just not there yet. Hopefully in the near future Super Select AI will get better with updates.
Cheers,
Stu
