No, there is no phone support, sorry. You'll have to ask tech support about the error you're getting during exporting, sorry.

Is this a photo with am older edit (eg from 2019)?

If yes, try to open the photo in edit and modify any edit setting slightly and click on done to save the edit. The export again. If this helps, this is my workaround. It's an issue that started with version 2022 and the bug is not removed yet.

If this did not help. it's a different root cause and problem.

This is not an older edit.  In fact, my edits were just done in ON1 2023.  Immediately thereafter, I tried to export several times, tweaking settings several times to try and find a combination that worked.  No luck, so I tried to export the image in ON1 2022, and it worked fine.  Clearly this is a software problem.  ON1's failure to offer CONTEMPORANEOUS support (i.e., phone or online chat) is my only (albeit, very significant) MAJOR criticism of the company.  I understand contemporaneous support options can be expensive for companies, but that hurdle can be overcome by charging for a high-level of support.  Making high-level support makes the difference between excellent customer support and poor customer support.

I agree with Peter Schulman.  In the five years of buying programs annually from ON1PhotoRaw I am falling further and further behind because of simple problems for which I cannot find solutions.

I am having a similar problem.  New computer PC with 32 G RAM.  Processing works, but when I export to look at images, they only show an empty square.  I tried to export in different file types, no luck.  I have downloaded on1 2023 the third time today and still no success.  I can't review the photos in the files unless they will show up in a viewable format.  I have downloaded Intel Graphic software more than once, but it appears to not work, due to the GL3.3 that is required.  Even tho I downloaded it again, I still get the error message, right after on1 crashes. This is causing me to regret dumping Lightroom

Can you post a screenshot of this.

I have downloaded on1 2023 the third time today and still no success.

Why have you downloaded so many times? Is the download failing?

I have downloaded Intel Graphic software more than once, but it appears to not work, due to the GL3.3 that is required.

What GPU do you have? Does it meet the ON1 specs?

Even tho I downloaded it again, I still get the error message, right after on1 crashes.

This doesn't make any sense, downloaded what?  and what is the error message?

I downloaded multiple times in case the download was corrupted, or did not completely download.

    GPU:

    Display

    Intel(R) Arc(TM) A370M Graphics [Display adapter]
Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics [Display adapter]
    DisplayHDR [Monitor] (15.9"vis)

This is a Lenovo computer with 32 G RAM.  2.70 gigahertz Intel 12th Gen Core i7-12700H
    64-bit ready

While I am using on1, the computer crashes and when I reboot the message:OpenGL 3.3 and later is required for this application to run.  I can't find a download for openGL 3.3, but my computer indicates my graphic card is up to date.

That is when I would download on1 again.

screenshot:  I tried to upload some of these images to Shutterfly and they failed.  Incompatible.

Your A370 Arc is supposed to support Open GL up to 4.6. That said the ARC cards from intel are very new and how the drivers interact with other programs is still a big unknown. I'm guessing the ARC card is the stronger card on your system so you might want to go through the drivers and windows setup to make sure that On1 is using the Arc card. I have no experience with them so can't really advise as to a how to. I do know they work best with resizable bar turned on but I am guessing that's already done given it's a laptop that came with the card installed but you may want to verify it's turned on. You may want to contact support through the link below and see if the have any recommendations regarding Intel's new cards.

I think your problem is your GPU. It may be up to date, but it may be insufficient to support Photo Raw. I don't have full specs on it, so you'll need to verify that it meets the required specs.
