I have the same problem. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. You should report it to On1 tech support so they can fix it.

Also if you want AI mask back, make sure you tell that to On1.

I will.  I want to sent the log txt file, where does ON1 save it?

    It's in the HELP menu.

Sorry, that not the problem.  'Show ON1 Log' displays the file in TextEdit, but does not show where it is located on the computer and using Apple's $^&(*^%$# search does not find it.

    Great answers

Move it to desktop in Textedit. PhotoRAW will create a new log file if it needs it. I have done this several times in beta testing and normally restart PhotoRAW immediately to ensure new log file gets created.

Chris, it's in with the rest of your user data for the program.

    ~/Library/Application Support/ON1/ON1 Photo RAW 2023/.

I keep an alias on my Desktop for quick access when sending support requests.

See this thread for an example of the same problem, and the links to submit a tech support request.

I also reported the same fault - they are aware of reports from a number of users, and are working on it.

I also miss the old AI Select. The new super select is fine for quick dirty masks but when I need to make an a quality mask for a layer or to add blur I can get a pretty accurate mask from the old tool.
