Those controls are the default and should always work...

... unless you've changed them in the shortcut editor.

I would check and make sure they are still set properly in the editor and if they are, Delete your settings per the attached article before any further troubleshooting.

Rick - Per your suggestions, I made sure that the keyboard shortcut for Zoom In is properly set. I then deleted my settings. Still not able to zoom in via keyboard (I even tried Ctrl + + on another keyboard to verify). To clarify, I can go to View/Zoom In and that works perfectly.

    Any other suggestions? Thanks.

If you can click View/Zoom and that works but CTRL + doesn't work, I'd say your keyboard has a problem.

To test that, change the Key combination to something other than CTRL + and see if that works.

Also, is there any chance you have a NUMLOCK key or something similar on by accident?

As I'd mentioned parenthetically in my previous comment, I tried the same keyboard combination on another keyboard with the same, non-responsive result.

I just double-checked and those keys work properly here.

The only thing left is to re-install the program. Past that, you'll have to ask On1 tech support.

They keys do work properly if you have a keyboard with the number pad, BUT without the number pad you need to press Ctrl + Shift + + as the + sign needs Shift + + to be entered.

Ctrl+Shift+ + WORKS!  They took the "+" as being uppercase literally instead of the convention we were used to!

YES! Thanks Don and Charles. Using the + on my keyboard's number pad works in combination with the Ctrl key; the + key in the upper number row of the keyboard does not work.

This is different behavior that with PR 2020.5 and earlier versions. Not sure why the change was made.

I have been experiencing intermittent issues with Command+, and I am on a Mac. Additionally, using the forward and back keys to move to the next image when in edit view does not always work. I am reporting this to Support as a bug in v2023. It was working fine in v2022.
