How to fine tune a mask from Mask AI?
While the Mask AI is handy, I find the masks are not precise. How do I adjust the masks? For example, a person is selected by Mask AI. But the space between the legs is also selected. How do I get rid of the mask there?

First, accept the mask as it is. Then you can select either the Masking brush or Perfect brush to manually correct the mask. If needed you can also use the Refine tools to fine-tune the edge if you need it to be precise.

Thanks. Is there a way to show the colored image with blue mask on, instead of black and white as shown above? IMO, that would be easier to adjust the mask.

The only time you'll see blue is when selecting objects with Super select masking. You can change it to red though. Just right-click the masking icon and select view mode. There are 3 options.

Great! Thank you very much, Rick. It works well now. I appreciate your help.

How do you move around a zoomed image when fine tuning a mask? The arrow keys don't seem to work there.

Press the alt/option key then drag with the mouse pointer.
