Composites lost

My old composites are defect. The thumbnails show up correctly but when I open it, it seems PR2023 has messed up the crops and transforms.

  Yes, I've found when I've increased my canvas size, transformed the layer and then cropped, it attempts something of a Content Aware Full - but only partially - even though I have not selected content aware fill
