NoNoise and TackSharp 2023

I working on a PC.

NoNoise and TackSharp have either no impact or degrades the photos.  All drivers are up to date.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

  No, it works just fine for me. If you're seeing degradation it is likely set at 100%, adjust the sliders until it looks acceptable.

  Tried that before.  It does not work.

  What GPU are you using? Mine is RTX-3060. All of the sharpening and noise reduction depends on the GPU.

  That helps.  For others, I did find an application called GeForce Experience.  You can use this app to switch drivers from Studio to Game and back again.  The Studio drivers do work with ON1 and are geared toward creative applications.

  Yes, there was an improvement on Tack sharp,  NoNoise... improvement yes, but still below expectations.
