On1 crashes on cropping

Hello all

Latest version of On1 and latest version of Windows 10. After Windows update couple of days ago On1 crashes every time I try to crop an image. Program starts to crop and then before cropping is done the program just closes. Yes, I have deleted the settings. 

Any ideas?

  Most likely the Windows update changed your video card drivers and possibly the settings for it and for the OS graphics settings that tell it to use the video card with the program.

  You should also know that ON1 is the name of the company and it makes several programs. It's helpful to tell us which program and version is it you are talking about. Thanks.

  Same problem for me 

  In fact when I crop a photo using "content aware" option at the end of filling photo the software closes

  I'm having the same issue with 2023 on my Mac Studio. The system will crash when attempting crop any image.
