unable to edit with apple photos

Finding that ON1 2023 seems unable to do external edits with apple iphone 12 pro max pictures. Worked fine in 2022 software.

I Ama having the same issue. After the latest update 17.02.13102, from Apple Photos I right click on the photo. Photo raw 2023 opens but the window with the photo I wish to edit does not

I already saw this. On my extensions it is blank. Only available option is markup.

If you didn't say anything about what you've already tried, you can expect to get the same suggestions over and over again.

Did you already contact On1 support as well? That's the next suggestion.
