Possibly I've misunderstood... The keystone box is extremely adjustable; drag each corner to the desired location then click on apply which is sometimes difficult to see.

Using Windows, I installed iCloud for Windows so all iCloud images are available in On1 browse by pointing to the iCloud download destination.

Not really a direct answer >>> I find that using Topaz Denoise AI as a stand alone opens my raw files just fine and subsequently saves the editied version as a dng which works perfectly in On1

Undo works for me in the effects and local tabs. Removing background on the file itself to reveal a colored background works also.
