I've never had the cloud background option in Effects. There is no 2022 RAW plugin. I have the standalone and all the plugins.

Which is fine provided the plugins had all the same features of the standalone. They don't.

Not true. Photo RAW has some features like the cloud backgrounds that the plugins do not.

Agreed, they left it out of the plugins package. For that reason, I rarely use it these days since the other plugins do 95% of what I need. Too much trouble to go outside Photoshop to get a task done.
