A helpful user suggested disabling the NVIDIA graphic card in the device manager and then turning it back on. I tried it and ON1 2023 seems to be working.

No, I back up to a separate hard drive. I'm not sure if MS did something during the last update of Windows that is causing this issue.

Thanks for the suggestion but as Subias said I have my mouse settings to NONE. I believe in ON1 2021, there was a change for using a device to move sliders. I believe that may be the culprit.
