Thanks for the additional info. I deleted all of my cataloged folders and recreated using "medium." That cut the PCB folder to 98 GB.

I'm trying to use it through "edit a single photo." When I click "done" the photo closes and I no longer have access. Maybe resize is unable to work with "edit a single photo"? Thanks!
