I had the same issue with uploading the originals , in the log were errors on the raw file but I could open them without issues . I had to start all over with the sync , but I choose not to upload ...

This is the reason I didn’t upgrade to 2021, It’s unreliable. Also the poor jpg quality and color banding is an issue for me. It’s a shame because I like the functionality a lot

I have this problem too. At 100% jpg quality it is less pronounced. A LR export with the same settings has much better IQ. It’s the banding in sky colors but also resolution or clarity is much less...
