I can confirm that this issue seems to have been fixed by ON1 in the latest release (2023 (17.0.1.12965) — 24 October 2022) using NVIDIA driver version 522.25

I think the issue is that the video file format states that times are stored as UTC. What needs to happen is for ON1 PR to be able to interpret these times on videos

Photo Raw 2019 - remove a Send To setting
I tried the Send to Other application feature, and it failed. However, it has added it to the menu and I would like to remove it as it didn't work. How can this be done?

Beta 2 - Lightroom
The Beta 2 release notes imply that the Lightroom migration tool is now included but I cannot see it on the menu within Lightroom. Is it not actually included yet or is there a problem with it?
