Yeah, that is what I did, they gave me a refund. I am using it on a 30 day demo now and will wait for another promotion to purchase again.

Easy fix, in the menu select "Window" and turn off "Show Browser Panel" hope that helps. 😀

yeah, I have the same exact problem. My iMac might not be super new, but i7 intel with 32 gigs of Ram run all my other apps without any latency. It is weird using the brush tool with a lag. Even...
