@Gerald Pastermack I've been emailing back and forth with On1 support and they are saying that there are known issues with the latest build of Win 10 that Microsoft is supposedly looking into.

That's interesting. I built my rig myself specifically for photo editing and it runs Lightroom and Photoshop flawlessly. I can't understand why I'm having this much trouble with On1.

Just wondering, what system are you using? I'm running an i7 8700 @4.6 Ghz with 32 GB ram, SSD, 4GB Nvidia GTX 1050ti, and I've had nothing but crashes and abysmal performance.
