Hi Rick, I had an update today to version 16.0.1.11212 and it fixed my problem with 12bit raw files.

I have the same issue and mine is related to 12bit vs 14bit depth of the NEF file. 12bit had issues and 14bit file has no issues, perhaps you have the same problem. On1 support knows of this (mine)...

FYI , ON1 support confirmed the issue and it is related to 12bit vs 14bit NEF files. Hopefully it is fixed soon :)
