Thnx for the reply Rick..my windows resolution is at the recommended settings,,,has  been since i initially installed 2022 and now 2023 with this update so dont think that is the issue?....I delete...

Hey Rick...here is a screenshot of the image pre edit...then the second pic is image in the edit screen...As you can see the bottom portion of the image is not visible...even if fit option is selec...
