The system is fine as it has been running the app so far with no other problems. i7 8th gen, 24gb, nvidia 1050i 4gb. It crashes with any jpg file I have used. I converted a jpg file into a tiff one...

I did delete the settings. Nothing changed. This is how the camera profiles menu looks like I guess I need to talk to Support. Thanks again.
