David, In my previous comment I meant to say "send to another application." All seems to be working now that I know that two of the NIK applications are located in the BIN folder.

Rick, I opened an image and the cursor was like it should be an arrow. I magnified the image to check sharpness and now the cursor stays a magnifying glass when I return the image to regular size.
