When you download our products, whether it's the full version or an upgrade, there's no requirement to have any prior ON1 software versions already installed on your computer.

The installation of a newer version won't overwrite or replace your older applications. Once you install one of our programs, such as ON1 Photo RAW 2024, it seamlessly coexists alongside any other ON1 applications you may already have.

Should I Keep Any Previous Versions Installed?

If you've installed ON1 Photo RAW 2024 and launched the app for the first time, the data from ON1 Photo RAW 2023, including presets, catalogs, albums, etc., should all be migrated during the initial launch of the ON1 Photo RAW 2024 app.

We strongly recommend verifying the success of this migration and ensuring that previous content has been properly transferred before proceeding with the uninstallation of the previous version. Once you have verified this, you can safely uninstall any older apps.

It's important to note that this data migration process is specific to ON1 Photo RAW 2023 and does not apply to any previously installed versions of the app, such as ON1 Photo RAW 2022, etc.
