When we set out to build a mobile solution, we knew it needed to support the Android platform that many photographers love. We’ll continue to develop and expand on this platform and release free updates to address issues reported.
The reality is, it can be challenging to develop a sophisticated camera and editing software on this fragmented platform. There are 2.5 billion active Android devices, and we do our best to test internally on the most popular models available. These devices are divided by manufacturers, and each device has unique hardware, running a specific custom Android operating system. Despite the development challenges that exist, we are committed to providing support for as many devices as possible.

Launch the ON1 Photo RAW for Mobile App > Open the Camera > tap the 3 dots in the upper right > choose Share Log, attach the two files when you submit a request.
