How to Reset Cloud Sync
The reset operation can be found from the Cloud Sync > Configure Cloud Sync... menu item and the app's preferences > Cloud Sync tab. Click Reset Cloud Sync to get started.
The Reset Cloud Sync dialog has two different options: Reset Cloud Sync and Unpublish All.
Reset Cloud Sync will fully reset the service and remove all data from the cloud. It's a last resort if no other troubleshooting has worked, or if you'd like a clean start. This process can take some time depending on published content, and will block use of the app while it's working.
Unpublish All will instead remove any published folders, albums, and images from the mobile app from storage. It's useful if you'd like to mass-unpublish all items to regain storage without going item-by-item. It also won't block using the app while it's running We recommend starting with Unpublish All.
To start the Reset process, click Reset Cloud Sync. Please note the warning text, and the required time to reset.
If you'd still like to reset, type 'reset' in the text box, then click Reset Cloud Sync.
The reset will then run with a blocking progress. Once the process completes, the dialog will close and you can continue using the app. The program will then automatically sync your presets to the cloud (if enabled in preferences).
