Changes to ON1 Plus Pro

At ON1, we believe in transparency. Customers should know about changes made to the products or services they purchase. Rest assured, your current ON1 Plus Pro membership will be unaffected. However, we do want you to be aware of these changes:

The current Plus Pro recurring membership plan, which includes a copy of the latest software (Photo RAW) along with access to Plus billed on a yearly basis, is being phased out. In an effort to simplify and reduce confusion for new customers, Plus will be completely separate*. Previously, we offered both ON1 Plus Pro and ON1 Plus (without software), and moving forward we will only offer ON1 Plus.

However, as an active Plus Pro member, you are "grandfathered" into your current Plus Pro plan, so your membership will not be affected. Your cost will remain unchanged, and you will continue to receive future upgrades for Photo RAW as long as you remain an active Plus Pro member, with an automatic renewal once per year.

What happens if I cancel my Plus Pro membership?

If you decide to cancel your Plus Pro membership you will own, forever, any software acquired during your active membership period. You will NOT be able to resubscribe, re-enroll, or re-activate ON1 Plus Pro after you cancel. You can purchase ON1 Plus (without free upgrades) at any time if you want to regain Plus access.

What if my Plus Pro auto-renewal payment fails?

There is a 7-day grace period in the event your auto-renewal payment fails. If you wish to continue your Plus Pro membership plan, you will need to update your payment method within 7 days.

Where can I view my membership to cancel or update my payment method?

Go to your Account > Products (https://www.on1.com/account/products/)

Look for the Product "ON1 Plus Pro" and click "View Details" > View Order History > View Details > Manage

Pricing Changes

The regular* price for a new, recurring membership for ON1 Plus (Photo RAW not included) will increase to $79.99 per year (about $6.65/month) starting on February 1st, 2020. Again, as an active Plus Pro member, you will not be affected by this change. As long as you continue to renew, your membership will remain the same. Please note that if your current Plus Pro plan does not renew on your next renewal date, it will expire and that plan will not be available to re-purchase.

As we work to bring you even more premium educational content by top ON1 Gurus and partners, we felt the price increase for new memberships was necessary. This ensures future deliverability of the high quality and large volume of exclusive content our customers have come to expect with ON1 Plus.
