Updating Your ON1 Account Email Address

You can make basic changes to your account information, including your name, email address, password, and profile picture from your Account Settings.

If you need to update the email address associated with your ON1 account, follow these steps:

1. Go to Your Account Settings:

   • Visit your Account Settings Page.

2. Update Your Email Address:

   • In the "Email" section, enter your new email address.

3. Save Your Changes:

   • After entering your new email address, click the "Update Profile" button to save your changes.

Important Notes:

• The new email address you enter will be used for accessing your account on the ON1 website and any ON1 apps you use.
• You can only use an email address that is not already associated with another ON1 account.
• If you have multiple accounts and want to consolidate them into one, please contact our support team for assistance.
