Updating Your Account Billing Address

When you make a new purchase on the ON1 site, we collect your current billing address during checkout. If you would like to update your existing billing address, you can do this by heading to https://on1store.onfastspring.com/account, enter your ON1 email into the box, then click on the link sent over via email to access and edit your saved billing details.

To edit your billing address, click on the Account Details tab. Your current billing address is listed under the "Your Profile" section. Click the Edit button to modify your billing address:

This will open a pop-up window that allows you to edit your address. Click Save to make changes:

Note: Your email address can't be changed in this section. If you would like to change the email address for your account, you can update your account profile on this page.
