How to deactivate on a single machine
You can deactivate a single machine by going to Help > Sign-Out from the top navigational toolbar in the application.
This will remove the activation from your machine and allow you to sign in on an additional computer.
How to reset all activations
You can reset all your activations from your User Account on our website. If you are receiving Max Activations Exceeded (-8), you can reset your activations, click the "Deactivate All" link located below the error message on the sign-in window.
You can also reset your activations from your user account - www.on1.com/account - by selecting your application under the Product or Subscriptions tab, then selecting Reset Product Keys. Enter your password to confirm. This will reset ALL your activations and allow you to sign in.
Click the "Product Details" link next to the product that you need to reset. For example:
To reset your activations, click on the "Reset Product Keys" link located at the bottom of the corresponding page:
After selecting the "Reset Product Keys" option, you will be required to enter your account password to reset your activations:
After entering your password and pressing the "Reset Product Keys" button, the page will update with the status of your reset:
Application Manager
If you have app manager installed you will need to sign out of it as well.
