How To Disable Intel Integrated Graphics Chipsets - Windows
Windows laptops often come with two graphics cards installed. One discreet GPU, like a Nvidia RTX 3070 GPU and also an integrated Intel graphics card. For ON1 to function and get the best performance, we recommend configuring your discreet GPU to always run the ON1 Apps.

If the GPU is not set properly, integrated graphics can get utilized and cause performance and stability issues with ON1 Apps.
If you have two graphics cards onboard, you can disable the integrated graphics card to force the computer to always use the discreet GPU.
1. In the Windows search or Task Bar type Device Manager.
2. In the Device Manager, double click on 'Display Adapters' to access the installed graphics cards. Right-click on the Intel chipset and choose 'Disable Device. Then click Yes in the confirmation pop-up
3. Reboot your Computer.
