How To Get A Spindump - Windows

Spindumps are useful if the app is 'hanging/freezing'. If you're using the app and it goes into a not-responding state, you can get a Spindump that can often provide details for the issue.

When the app freezes and doesn't recover or shows 'Not Responding' for an extended period of time you can get a Spindump by pressing Control-Alt-Delete or press Ctrl+Shift+Escape on your keyboard to bring up Task Manager.

Click on Task Manager then search for ON1 in the search box
Click on Dropdown to select app process
Right-click on app>Create memory dump file

Create and Save out the DMP file

Click Open File Location to navigate to the newly created DMP file.

Select and return the DMP back to Technical Support
